Yes, our kitchen is licensed by the Fulton County Health Dept. and we are fully insured.
Yes, we usually do tastings on Monday & Tuesday and occasionally on Sunday. If none of these days are convenient for you, just let us know and we will accomodate you.
Our prices include preparing your meal, delivery, set up, serving, clean up of the food area we have used, boxing your leftovers and placing them in a cooler for you to take home after your event.
No, it will be prepared in our licensed kitchen and transported in insulated containers to the venue you've chosen. If you choose a pasta such as spaghetti, we will however have to reheat that in a pan of boiling water just before placing it on your buffet. Heating pasta ahead of time causes it to keep swelling and will get soggy.
Yes, you may change your order as long as we have not ordered anything from our suppliers for your event.
Yes, we have experienced staff who will be coming to serve your meal.
Yes, we can cut your wedding cake for you. There is a $25 fee for that service.
Yes, we have several nice halls in the area we can recommend.
Yes, we would be happy to travel as far as you need us to. There may be a delivery charge for over 20 minutes from our location that may apply. If we need to travel more than 2 hrs. away, overnight expenses will apply. If the location is clearly too far to drive and keep the food hot or cold whichever it needs to be we can prepare your meal at the venue you've chosen as long as it has a licensed kitchen we can use.
We do not require a down payment, but if you want to put one down you may. Some people want to get their catering paid for before their event. That's OK too. We will call you 10 days before your event and get your final count and at that time we will give you your total. Your payment will be due 1 week before your event. If you count goes up, you can pay the balance the day of your event. If you'd like to take advantage of our 5% discount you may pay for 1/2 of our estimated guests within 1 week of booking and you will get 5% off your bill. This does not apply to extra services like cake cutting fees, etc., only the food portion of the bill.
You paid for the food, they are yours. We will box them and cover them for you to take home. If you are getting married and have guests from out of town staying with you or are opening gifts the next day, leftovers are perfect!
No, not at this time. But we can recommend a very good rental company in the area who has alot of products to choose from. They will deliver and pick them up for you.
Yes, we would be happy to. There is a $2 per person charge that would apply for that service since we will be bringing more staff to the event. We will also deduct from your bill what we would of paid to purchase the disposable products.

If you are having a wedding and decorating the day before and we are available we will come that day also to cover and skirt the food tables and possibly bring some of the cold foods and place in the cooler so we don't have as much to haul the day of your wedding. If not, we will arrive 2 hours before we are due to start serving food.
Yes, we can make your food tables as elaborate as you would like them to be. Most times brides ask their florist or decorator to include a few extra flower petals, candles, floral arrangements, etc. to go on the buffet table, appetizer table or around the ice sculpture so that they all match. If you do not have those sources available at your event we have silk ivy and a few seasonal decorations we can bring if you'd like us to. Every event is different, just let us know when you book with us what you have in mind.
We suggest ASAP, but every situation is different. Some situations such as funerals are unexpected and we are happy to accomodate you. Weddings as a rule are booked as far as 1-2 years in advance, but we can do last minute bookings for them also. We're very easy to work with!
No it is not. Like most food establishments we leave that to your discretion to add on what you feel comfortable giving.

No, we do not cover that charge. We will have to add it to the catering bill or you can pay it directly to the hall if you'd prefer.
